Progress update on our Wanneroo Road Development Project!

We are excited to share that our Wanneroo Road development project is nearing completion. With the rear block already sold, we are now putting the final touches on the front house, which will be ready for sale next moth in July. A Special shoutout to Mike, our talented bricklayer, who has finished the front letterboxes. Now, our focus shifts to completing the front gardens to enhance curb appeal and welcome potential buyers.

Our surveyor Kevin at My Subdivision has also submitted applications to Landgate for titles,, expecting them to be issued within the next six weeks. Stay tuned for more updates as we approach the finish line.
