Business Trip Recap: Sydney - Pit & Seat Updates & Progress

Huge shoutout to my Mum for coming with me to Sydney on a recent Pit & Seat business trip and helping. Was a huge help and couldn't have done it on my own. Progress Across Perth Developments & Pit & Seat

1. Property Development – Dianella Our latest acquisition in Dianella continues to take shape. The 1,017 m² property was purchased earlier under a 50/50 partnership with the Kendall Family Trust. Since settlement, we’ve made significant headway on the renovation and subdivision. The subdivision plans are currently with the WA Planning Commission and are expected to be approved within the next six weeks, retaining the existing front home and creating a new 500 m² rear lot wher
